Shipping rates and times:

Every product is sent from our workshop in Barcelona the next business day after purchasing.

Spain & Portugal	FREE*	4 to 7 business days***
Rest of Europe	18 eur*	7 to 10 business days***
EEUU**	30 eur	10 to 15 business days***

 

* Every order over 300 eur is FREE of shipping charges when sending to all Europe.

*** Be aware that personalized products with Monograming could take some extra days to arrive. 

Returns:

We accept returns for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from purchasing or 30 days from receiving your order.

You will need to contact hello@voccoatelier.com for us to proceed with your return. We will guide you and help you with the process. 

Warranty

We warranty any manufacture defect within a year from purchasing. We do not cover damage or tear from normal use. Please contact hello@voccoatelier.com and we will help you and guide you in the process. Products may be replaced or reapaired and send it back to you as soon as possible.
